Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-25

These terms are an agreement between you and Novakite Studio [legal entity to be confirmed] for the use of NextReply. By installing or using NextReply you agree to them.

The service

NextReply suggests replies based on screenshots of conversations you select. Suggestions are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You decide whether to use them, and you're responsible for the messages you send.

Accounts

You can try NextReply without an account. To get free daily replies or a paid plan you need to sign in with an email address you control. Keep your devices secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One sign-up bonus is available per person and per computer.

Credits and plans

  • One credit is used each time a set of replies is generated. Requests that can't produce replies (for example, the screenshot isn't a conversation) don't use credits.
  • Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and expire as described on the pricing page (daily credits at the end of the day, bonus credits after the stated period, subscription credits after the billing period).
  • All plans have fair-use daily limits.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the current period. Refunds are described in the refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits from that period are removed.

Acceptable use

Don't use NextReply to harass, deceive or harm others, to send spam, to violate anyone's privacy or rights, or to break the law. Don't try to get around limits, abuse free trials or sign-up bonuses, reverse engineer or overload the service. Only select content you have the right to share with the service.

We may suspend accounts or devices that break these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NextReply available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms or to paid plans, we'll notify you in advance.

Disclaimer and liability

NextReply is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
