Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-25
NextReply is operated by Novakite Studio [legal entity and address to be confirmed] (“we”). This policy explains what we process when you use the NextReply desktop app, this website and our servers.
The short version
- We only see your screen when you press the shortcut, and only the area you select.
- Screenshots are processed in memory to generate replies and are never saved — not on your computer, not on our servers.
- We don't store your conversations or the replies we generate.
- We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
Screenshots
When you select an area, the app sends that image over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to read the conversation and write suggestions. Our server keeps the image only in memory for the duration of the request. We don't write it to disk or to logs, and we don't keep the generated replies.
What we store
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| A random device ID created by the app, and a salted hash of a hardware identifier | To give each computer one free trial and to prevent abuse | Until you ask us to delete it |
| Your email address (if you sign in) | To sign you in and link your plan and credits | Until you delete your account |
| Usage metadata: time, result (for example “replies generated”), model, duration, token counts, estimated cost, app version | Billing your credits, limits, reliability and cost control | While your account exists; anonymised when it is deleted |
| IP address | Rate limits and abuse prevention | Daily counters: 2 days. Usage records: cleared after 30 days |
| Subscription status from Stripe (customer ID, plan, billing period) | To provide your paid plan | While your account exists, and as required for accounting |
Sign-in tokens are stored on our servers only as hashes. On your computer, the app keeps your sign-in in the operating system's credential store.
When you delete your account, we keep a salted hash of your email address (not the address itself) so the sign-up bonus can't be claimed again by re-registering, and usage records without your email, IP address or device.

They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Servers are located in [region to be confirmed].
